Pros

- Once out of office you are out of office (work life balance) - Good compensation - Not too much hierarchy in communication, everyone as equal opportunity to suggest and make difference. - One of the rare place where HR is quite active and keeps employee involved and motivated.

Cons

- Office cab service available only if at least two people are on a route. I don't have access to this service as i am the only person on this route.

Smart people around to learn from. Working in cutting edge technologies. Challenging and fast based but yet lot of fun mixed in your week. Good culture, people and open to new ideas and innovation. Leadership very knowledgeable in this domain. Drives and listens at the same time.
