Business Outlook
Pros
Work from home, great work/life balance, ok pay but never any raises. I had close to 10 years at the company and the only raise I ever received was a single promotion into the TL group.
Cons
No solid structure. Communications between teams is sketchy at best, and there is a lot of confusion around operational policies. Management will assure that jobs are secure while stock is falling, and then you may be blind sided with a layoff. The last layoff included at least half of the company, and some of those people had 15 or more years with the company.
