Business Outlook
Pros
- Fun team (though most of them have now been laid off in multiple RIFs) - Smart people (see above) - Competitive salary - Good benefits
Cons
- Lack of alignment on priorities, starting at the top - Some team members were in meetings as early as 6:30am their local time - Working with engineers in India... the time difference is not very conducive for collaboration
