Pros

the culture is amazing here, everyone has an open door policy and works together to ensure company reaches its goals. For me, SupportLogic feels like a safe place and it has been a long time since I could say that. Having a supportive work environment has allowed me to be open and honest with my colleagues, ensuring I can rely on others for help or input. And last but not least, the benefits are beyond my expectations. It is evident that the leadership team truly cares about its staff.

Not a company flaw - because we have teams across then nation and 6 countries right now we are unable to meet in person as frequently as we would like, although, since we are cloud-based and a remote-first company we meet regularly online - A truly special group of teammates and customers!
