Pros

Remote, flexible hours, work/life balance

Cons

Upper Management seems to take on clients that are problematic and constantly holding up work - choosing quantity over quality. Supervisor lacks management training and creates toxic and hostile work environment. Some improper accounting practices done simply “because the client said so”. Lots of duplicate work due to back and forth with clients, yet they want you to watch your hours like a hawk.
