Pros

Amazing people and work culture! Working with smart people who genuinely care about you. Also includes social work events, workout classes during the week, and many clubs/groups available to join.

Cons

Honestly I can't think of any downsides.

Pros

Culture is amazing. Our shared purpose is strong. The team is so fun - and we are encouraged to have fun! At the same time, people work hard and produce incredible work that I'm proud of. Great benefits - including generous 401(k) match and health insurance. The leadership encourages people to dream big and then create! Very little red tape!

Cons

We work hard - but I'm proud of that, it is for a shared purpose, and then I make up for it at other times. It all evens out!

Everyone is on the same page, with shared goals and purpose to our work. Being aligned with one another creates a great working environment!
