Pros
I enjoy working at Supportworks because the work is always there, and is always challenging in a healthy way. The company's motto is "Freedom to think, freedom to do", and I can't appreciate that any more! There are so many genuine, authentic people that work at Supportworks it sometimes doesn't feel possible, but it is! The Thrasher family is truly a gem. They walk the walk, not just professionally, but also personally as they are a great role model family for everyone to look up to, learn from, and aspire to be. The Purpose, Mission, Values of the company are clear and have been consistent for many years. It is easy to be an employee and make decisions based off of these foundational elements. Recently the company has become EverGreen certified, which means we won't make business decision purely from the lens of money and numbers. People are first and always will be because they are how you get results and long-term success. In the last few years the company has become more flexible and accommodating to work-life balance. As long as you get your work done, and build proper relationships to strengthen and maintain the awesome culture, you are good to go.
Cons
The biggest con can be communication, which is mostly a result from our recent growth and commitment to wanting to be great communicators. We have added a lot of new team members in the last couple of years and it has changed the structure of our reporting and communication, which has caused us to miss on informing everyone on everything they may need to know, at any given time. Outside of that, there isn't much else. Sure, this place isn't perfect and has it's times when things aren't great and as an employee you may feel left out or unappreciated, but in my experience leadership gets a pulse on that and helps communicate and correct these times true to the company's values and respect to their people.
