      Fully Remote/work-life balance was elite perk.

      Cons

      High turnover and churn in Sales org, for good reason. No one has hit quota in over a year. Leadership has no real clue what is going on or how to sell, but continues to keep C-suites / managers in seats that are a part of their LDS tribe despite poor performance

      Pros

      If you are looking to work for a company where every decision, meeting, every feature released, and customer support call answered affect the lives of thousands of professionals every day (hopefully millions, one day), this is the one. Great culture, good employees who care for others, no drama, just work, and fun while working remotely.

      Cons

      As a starup, there is not a lot mobility. I guess it is expected since this is a starup. Also, as a startup, there is so much to do and not enough time to do it all.
