Cons
No company is perfect, especially start-ups. While we grow, there are things evolving every day (formalizing procedures, new technology, growing the team) that come along with any company growing. It is important to not get hung up on what is wrong or the "cons" but rather to focus on the positive changes, the progress you can watch happening right in front of your eyes and the actions (not just the words) that are being put forth. With growth is an opportunity to define the future and the role that you play in it.
