It's been pure chaos since the new leader took over after John Cumbee left the organization. No one knows what the strategy is, what the organizational structure is going to look like, or even what their roles and responsibilities are. There are constant reorgs. Morale is low. Most of good people left but the executive leadership does not hold the new leader accountable. She is openly abrasive and demeaning to people; yet nothing is being done about her style.
