      awful company to work for

      it's a paycheck. That's it.

      Cons

      the training was awful. I was lied to in the interview about the 401k match which doesn't even start for one year. If you need to use the restroom you have to take a microbreak and deduct the minutes from your real break. Ridiculous micromanaging. The software is awful too.

      nice to have benefits. leadership is helpful to an extent. nice to work from home.

      Cons

      but base pay is abysmal. when business is slow, it’s SLOW. all a numbers game and it’s not based off how skilled you are. gets more micromanaged every month.
