The employees who have been there 6 months and have no experience in sales are making more money than the man who has been there 10 years. POLITICS....The minority men around age 30 seem to be making the most money. The ladies never seem to hit quota. The employees that hit quota are only hitting because the sales manager is helping them hit; by giving them the leads, or making their quota achievable. I think if you have a 4 year college degree you should be able to work for a better company. You hit quota the 1st quarter you work there and after that it's a slim chance you will hit. Keep looking online you deserve to be treated better.
