I have been with SurePayroll just under 2 years. Awesome co-worker Great supervisors and management Overtime The benefits & PTO IS GREAT rewarded for hard work You are recgonized if you do well Raffles and extra incentives to make more money.

Cons

Some departments play favoritism and you know it . If you do well they give you more projects but no more pay

Payroll training and experience with payroll and tax calculation.

Cons

Management is terrible, no communication. Consistently took away meals/breaks because the phones were "busy". Overload of cases in que and not enough time off of phones to work on them. Horrible black out period where no time off can be taken.

Good benefit package. Negotiate your starting salary

Cons

Managers are horrible. I'm not sure many had the education to be a manager. There was favortism. The CSR department was treated the worst out of all departments. Bad software platform Salary is not the same across the board There isn't a work/life balance. CSR used to be forced to work a black out period with no days off, even if sick.
