      Pros

      Flexible work schedule. My manager listened to me. I never felt afraid to speak up.

      Cons

      I left because there was no opportunity to advance (at least not for me). Preference was given to employees that came from the Paychex side of the house.

      Pros

      I met 2 wonderful people in training.

      Cons

      They lied in my interview about the benefits. It is NOT a 5% match on 401K and that doesn't start for a year. The micromanaging is ridiculous. The training is awful. The supervisors are not helpful or simply don't know processes. OT expectations during busy season are ridiculous.
