Pros

Bonus if you work like a dog to make your metrics The insurance

Cons

SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED DUE TO MANAGEMENT TREATMENT!!! You are expected to take verbal abuse from clients, you are severely micromanaged. They offer too little compared to competitors and even less internally. So many CSRs on FMLA due to being understaffed, overworked and mistreated by management.

Weird place to work

Pros

Work/life balance, casual work environment

Cons

It’s a bizarre company. For being 20 years old, you’d expect things to be stable, but they aren’t. There isn’t a strategy besides copy what competitors are doing and chase the next shiny thing. Nobody in the company talks so you have no idea what is happening on other teams and who works on those teams. There is no clear process for anything, constant confusion on roles and responsibilities and overall chaos. While problems may be acknowledged, there is never any action to fix them or if anything a temporary band-aid will be slapped over the issue, and those band-aids continue to build. Employees are not appreciated at all, and instead of being praised for any accomplishments, teams are just pushed to work 10x harder.

Pros

I have nothing good to say

Cons

Hourly rate was lower than told in HR interview was told with experience I would get $19/hr vs. 17/hr - when the job was offered it was $17. I was told everyone starts at this rate. I was told 100% remote even after Covid19- then after being hired told I would have to go to office . Training was completely inadequate. The micromanaging & stress level was unreal ( to the point of needing anxiety meds ( and I was far from being the only one . If I could give a negative number of stars I would! RUN FAST AND RUN FAR !!!
