Can't think of any. SurePayroll used to be a shining star of Paychex. Not anymore.

Cons

It's been pure chaos since the new leader took over after John Cumbee left the organization. No one knows what the strategy is, what the organizational structure is going to look like, or even what their roles and responsibilities are. There are constant reorgs. Morale is low. Most of good people left but the executive leadership does not hold the new leader accountable. She is openly abrasive and demeaning to people; yet nothing is being done about her style.

Some fun people, company moves so slowly it’s coastable

Cons

Management has no clue what they’re doing and blame everyone but themselves. IT is unorganized, no clear vision or focus, outdated technology, and only focuses on what competitors are doing. So much red tape and waterfall style mentality that makes it impossible to get anything done. Priorities shift, customers are always angry, and the more toxic the person, the more likely they are to get promoted or stick around.

The pay and benefits are great.

Cons

Management could care less about you, training sets you up for failure, management refuses to listen to major issues, they favor certain people. None of it is fair. It's abusive, toxic and not worth it.
