Nothing comes to mind at this time. Used to be a great place to work. Sadly, not anymore.

Cons

Leadership lacks care for employees. Focus is strictly on the numbers. Morale is low. Culture is terrible. Senior leaders condone poor leadership behavior.

None other than base pay should be higher. The 38k is ALOT lower than the national average for a base pay for an account executive .

Benefits, retirement, good managers, great colleagues. Potential of a decent income if lead volume and quality is up.

Cons

I was told flexible schedule, but it is an 8 hour shift with a 30 minute lunch. Some divisions have to work 1 weekend per month, and 1 week a Quarter 12-9pm est. The base salary is low. However, if you hustle and the lead volume is there, you can make a decent amount of money.
