      Awful Company, Terrible Leadership & Management

      Pros

      Payroll training and experience with payroll and tax calculation.

      Cons

      Management is terrible, no communication. Consistently took away meals/breaks because the phones were "busy". Overload of cases in que and not enough time off of phones to work on them. Horrible black out period where no time off can be taken.

      We built something great and changed an industry

      Pros

      Smart people changed payroll, a bit, especially for small business

      Cons

      Payroll is a hard life and after selling the company, it became less fun and the hard parts of payroll became more prominent.
