      Pros

      Friendly people, great relaxed work environment, opportunity to advance, and uncapped commissions. Owned by Paychex and they seek to allow employees to move into any role they may be interested.

      Cons

      Personally, I haven't experienced anything negative. Sometimes Paychex can dictate the direction of the company so employees must be flexible and willing to adapt to change, which should be expected at any major company.

      The company is really dedicated to training their employees to move up into bigger roles.

      Cons

      Nothing you wouldn't see at any other sales job; stay focused and hit your quotas. The perks of doing your job are plentiful.
