      -My job is 100% remote -My fellow coworkers are some of the brightest and most motivated people I've ever worked with -The culture at this company is progressive, empathetic and understanding -The company is very understanding when it comes to personal and life issues –The benefits (medical/dental/vision/401k/etc.) are extremely good -They prefer to promote from within and there are plenty of management positions and upward mobility

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any right now – as long as you don't try to take on too many projects yourself, and you set reasonable boundaries, you will have a good work/life balance
