Pros

Company benefits are outstanding. 401k, FSA, HSA, Roth, tuition reimbursement, flexible work schedule, company pays incentives for employees to maintain healthy lifestyles. Smart employees committed to success and collaboration. Leadership is personable, professional, and illustrates clear direction.

Cons

Work from home is the way companies are moving. Would like to see more trust in employees with the understanding working from home will not be suitable for all personality types or the home environment they have (kids make it challenging to work from home, but people without kids don't have distractions).

Great inside sales job, very low income to start.

Pros

Fast-paced selling environment. Leads provided. Product often sells itself! Contests and prizes awarded.

Cons

Low base pay; poverty-level pay until regular commissions/quarterly bonuses kick in. First 6 months are a big struggle financially.

Terrible place to work

Pros

Casual dress. Near the Metra station. That's about it. They started out cool and then got greedy.

Cons

These guys, despite being profitable, froze wages for three years. The executives took full advantage of the 2008 recession and labor market to completely squeeze their work force. They sold the company for 110 million dollars and did not reward their work force with anything. Michael Alter was an unbelievably disingenuous ceo. Probably an OK place to work now after the paycheck acquisition but immediately prior to that acquisition was a sprit to enrich the venture capitalists and executives. Corporate greed at its finest. Good luck tie bar.
