      Pros

      It's better than being unemployed, nice office at the Patriot Drive location. Some people are good to work with. Convenient to the Metra station.

      Cons

      Low pay, not a lot of promotional opportunities, management that "plays favorites", hypocritical management (do as I say and not as I do), computer systems that have minds of their own.

      Casual work setting great team work and team bonding everyone is nice and friendly great work environment lots of room for movement and leadership steady increases in salary

      Cons

      in GlenView start with a low base salary good hours but to succeed you have to spend more time and effort competitive
