      Great experience but lack of organization and structure within management

      Pros

      Pays well for entry level work, close to Metra, casual work environment

      Cons

      Lack of structure, too many process changes in short period of time, lack of quality management, bonus structure is subjective and can cause supervisors to fudge numbers, no room to grow unless friends with management, no written procedures, inconsistent procedures (will get different answers from different managers)

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial feel with large company backing and great salary and benefits. High growth environment where you are encouraged to take chances and try new things to improve the organization. Growth also leads to many new positions to grow within your career.

      Cons

      Can be stressful at times and there is a busy year-end season that can be challenging. High growth leads often leads to changes in procedures and process to meet new scale of organization.

      Pros

      Good team atmosphere, training is very good to start and really let you know about the payroll market. Kitchen area is nice as well. Great first job out of college

      Cons

      Cold calls can get old. Commission is not great, but good first step for entry level job. Lots of pressure to meet your goals, but when you do, nothing is done about it
