Pros

Culture of the company is Amazing Casual Dress and relaxed comfortable environment Many employee focused perks - lunches, contests (monthly, quarterly, yearly) Health benefits and employee initiatives and perks are Incredible Training is great and ongoing if you desire to use it through there internal portal Executives are very approachable Great place to start a career and learn

Cons

Compensation is below average both in base and in commission potential Manager commission compensation is poor at best based on work involved for the job. Below 80% you get nothing and it is unfairly weighted in a negative way. (I had a rep finish at 69% of monthly quota and they earned more than me when my team finished at 92% for the month). Blackout time the entire months of Dec& Jan (no vacation or extended time off allowed at all) You manage a team comprised of mainly new reps due to growth and turnover, the teams are 13-15 reps per manager (too many based on attention needed to develop, mentor, and manage) . (work required vs the compensation potential is poor even when achieving 100% to goal. Career Path for Management is a long process for advancement CEO does not participate in Awards dinners, and sales related activities when invited

Pros

The Customer Care department at SurePayroll offers a lot of opportunity to grow for individuals who are highly motivated, enjoy learning and have thick skin. Working here also builds character which is a useful tool for living. The pay is high for a call center position because this job requires individuals who can think outside of the box and are self-motivated; there is no script and you encounter something new every day! Most of all I love my co-workers; we are truly a close-knit team and we can lean on each other to attain whatever goals we set.

Cons

In the current structure there are long hours during our busy season from mid-December to the end of March, and there is no approved time off during that period. When/if we get a higher head-count that may change

Pros

When working in this environment - the greatest pro is that you are not alone in how one feels about management. They want change- but not everyone is on board They have a mission and a culture

Cons

Managers are abusive - emotionally This place will drain you - if you have no balls They don't enforce their culture and they let favorites excel and exceed while others who may be just as good are unnoticed and not appreciated The treatment towards contactors and regular staff is a piece of work and think they need better channels and communication processes
