      Culture of Senior Leadership Lacking

      Pros

      Great people work there and teams are positive with each other.

      Cons

      Senior leadership has archaic methodologies and processes to run this company. I am shocked Paychex has not come in and removed the old dead weight or provided direction on changing how Sr Leadership operates.

      Pros

      The environment there was very family oreinted. They have a very welcoming staff and great training as well.

      Cons

      They're not very detailed on some aspects of the training. Some people are however very selfish but that's at every job. Training can sometimes be very brutal.
