      Casual work setting great team work and team bonding everyone is nice and friendly great work environment lots of room for movement and leadership steady increases in salary

      Cons

      in GlenView start with a low base salary good hours but to succeed you have to spend more time and effort competitive

      Pays well for entry level work, close to Metra, casual work environment

      Cons

      Lack of structure, too many process changes in short period of time, lack of quality management, bonus structure is subjective and can cause supervisors to fudge numbers, no room to grow unless friends with management, no written procedures, inconsistent procedures (will get different answers from different managers)
