Better work environment than a hospital. Easy.

Cons

Company tries to put as many patients in short term observation because they’ll get more reimbursement from insurance companies. Many times patients do not need to stay that long.

If you want to sit around on your butt and do nothing all day, this is your place.

Cons

The staff are extremely lazy. Middle management (ie, middle management) are hardly ever there. The company has very shady business practices.
