I am writing this review not as a disgruntled former employee but in hopes that I may be able to help other job seekers avoid the same mistake I made in choosing to work for Surya. We have been taught to take negative reviews with a grain of salt (rightly so) as it is easier to complain about a negative situation than to praise it. I am sorry to say, this is not the case with Surya. The reviews are, unfortunately, on the mark. This company operates on a basis of fear and does a really great job of sapping your energy and sense of self esteem. Employees are not valued and are viewed as easily replaceable no matter how much they have contributed. You may feel like if anyone can make a difference, you can. I did too. But you can't and you will only regret the immense effort you put into trying. My apologies to the hr team for this negative review. I know you have a lot of vacancies to fill (some voluntary, some not) and I know you are just trying to do your job.
