Pros

Large non-profit that provides much needed services to large service area. Has a great relationship with its volunteers. Staff is great to work with as a team. Very good health care benefits package.

Cons

No work/life balance. Micromanagement. No professional development. No investment in employees. Vacation days have decreased.

Rewarding. Money that is raised helps local breast cancer programs and survivors. Large group of dedicated volunteers to help execute events.

Cons

Expected to do many tasks, many hours per week with little pay or benefits. Administration has difficulty allowing autonomy for employees.
