You get to work with a really passionate group of women. It's amazing what they can accomplish even though there are so few of them.

Cons

The different affiliates of the organization seem to have some issues of getting things done when everything has to be run by the main office.

Pros

Most of the employees are supportive, kind, and good at their job. Pay and benefits are good. Mission is good. HR provides good team building and career development events for staff.

Cons

If upper management are criticized for any decisions that they've made, they will make employees on the lowers tiers their scapegoats. If you aren't telepathic, you will struggle. Policies and procedures are changed on a whim with no announcement, and you will get criticized for not knowing of the change. Work/life balance is bad. Employee appreciation is bad.
