      I am writing this just because Glass-door is forcing me to write something positive about this company. They provide cab facility for evening shift.

      Cons

      With this much of hierarchy, the company is a text book example of Red-tape-ism. Employees don't respect colleagues but the designations. There is no culture whatsoever. People wearing slippers in office is not a rare-sight. Company doesn't invest in personality development of employees at all. All those values written on the wall of offices, website are nothing less than a white-elephant. No body seems to pay attention to those.
