healthcare benefits are good.. cover certain outpatient expenses too

Cons

employees who leave and come back are always valued more than the loyal ones. they even hire people who know less at higher pay but don't give good raise. the bell curve they follow is pointless. No work life balance. designation restructuring every 2 years so you dont know where exactly you are in the organisation

No big cons, few areas of improvements. 1. HR Team to improve on new Hire orientation/induction, Please make the candidate well informed regarding the onboarding process and all.
