Pros

Training was better than average. You can meet some nice people who are really trying to help the company succeed. The benefits are good but expensive.

Cons

The pay is low and employees are treated poorly. Nepotism runs the company and management has no idea how to open a new call center. Agents get fired for ridiculous reasons. It is Sutherland's way to handle clients pulling out and avoiding actual layoffs. Payroll problems are constant and the bonus structure is constantly changing. Overtime is necessary to make up for the low base pay. The entire Senior Management team and HR need to be replaced with caring, experienced specialists who support the employees. The center will never succeed under the current management.

Pros

Paid training, really good benefits, trainer was really nice and they work with their employees. Managers are nice.

Cons

Call center set up over 5000 employees,People come and go and turn over is fast, schedule changes a lot, you have to step it up and work independently because you wont get help as much as you hope for so listen during your training.

Pros

This is the worst unprofessional company to work for. They train you for just one week to know a months Job. Im supposed to type positive stuff here but i have nothing positive about this heartless company. They promise you longevity and they lay you off a day before you hit 30days telling you that they have too much work flow. They lay you off with a straight face "telling you this is a call center what do you expect"

Cons

They treat their employees like little kids. They walk around every 1hour to check on each and everyone to make sure we have our badges on all in the name of 12an hour. They don't even provide their staffs with health benefit. They are not professional in any form and are very condescending when they are taking to their staffs.
