Pros

good pay, BEST CO-WORKERS, great management and an all around great environment. I enjoyed working here and wish I would've handled things a little differently now that I think about it. The best call center I've worked at... and I've worked in 4.

Cons

I was terminated for job abandonment. I was involved in a domestic violence situation with my partner, called in and let the attendance line know. Cons? No direct number to mgmt. So I had to have the attendance clerk ask him to call, didn't receive one. I needed to be here for my kids during this time. I called out a few days and went in to explain to my mgr what was going on at home (although I'm sure he knew after I told the attendance line) but the papers to separate me from the company were already submitted. well, everything happens for a reason right? Perhaps there's something better out there! Not too many cons, if anything I had more complaints for the company who's campaign I was in than actual Sutherland.

Pros

I guess to just say you have a job

Cons

-So much work -$12/HR when other companies start at $14 and above doing the same work -does not accept doctors notes -will not allow make up days when sick -have a fight to use your own PTO. -PTO time disappears without you using them -all you hear is "I don't care" for management -company just does not care for their employees -being promoted "Ha" trust me it's not based off performances -Stressed environment

Pros

Health Benefits and 401k Unfortunately I don't have many pros, if you need a job to have something its fine

Cons

The company initially preaches about internal growth, which can be true for certain programs and you usually can only advance by brown nosing or messing around with higher ups. I received my first check about two weeks late, Nobody knew who I should talk to I just kept being passed around. It's VERY hard to get in contact with HR, and other resources when you would no one had a clue what would be going on. There were always additional task being added to your day with minimal training and no additional pay (I'm not talking minor task). Just as my program managers started pushing everybody the most they sat us down and told us we had two week notice before the program closed some people would be move others wouldn't. My advice to anyone considering working at Sutherland would be if you noticed anything fishy (management whispering, several people leaving, and random meeting with clients) start searching for other work.
