Pros

- Trainers are genuinely good people & great at teaching content. - Quick hiring process with easy interviews. - Flexibility with working at home.

Cons

- Pay is incredibly low ($8.00 during 5-week training & $8.50 once training is completed) - No negotiation of pay rate when hired. - Quite a bit of content to learn in training. - Employees with no call-taking experience might be intimidated. - New hires will have no paid-time-off, overtime, or holidays for 6 months.
