      Going Downhill

      Pros

      Good co-workers, made lasting relationships, good range of benefits, plenty of hours if you want them and sometimes even if you don't

      Cons

      Promotions are based on popularity. Discrimination and abuse by management is swept under the rug by HR. Pay is low for the amount of stress put on you, at least 75% of employees have anxiety issues that start or are exacerbated by working here. The only thing that matters to your bosses is that you make them look good. As far as business integrity, the company has none. It contracts business to other companies, and lies to them on a regular basis. If you don't have a problem with that, you're solid.
