      Pros

      Once you're in, the environment is unbelievable. Your superiors drive for your growth. There's a lot of respect for your beliefs and your personality.

      Cons

      The internal communication is awful. The intra department interaction is really active, but you never get feedback. Talent Acquisition, in my opinion is the one with the biggest areas of opportunity. They keep rolling job offers that are already taken from someone within the account or once you apply to one of those and don't get selected, they never provide any feedback, even with commitments made by them.
