Pros

The only positive thing about Sutherland is you can work from home that's it.

Cons

The compensation is extremely low, you get short breaks, depending on what company you work for under sutherland you don't get paid for the holiday if you don't use your PTO, sutherland only honors certain holidays that they actually pay for, if you have benefits with them they end the same day of your employment. You cannot use your benefits to the end of the month like most employers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
