      Non Nothing of value. If you want insult from superiors off shore who are completely unrelatable to your American work experience.

      Cons

      Fraud. There’s no bonus. Hours are not guaranteed. Role could change without any feedback from you. Workload is unlimited.. They provide equipment so that they can lock you out. That way you spend a lot of time out of productivity until it’s no longer worth it. Then they fire you. Expect to learn doctorate level material and work requirements for minimum wage. I’m not sure how they’re legal in the USA.. Abusive, toxic environment.

      Eventually they started allowing employees to advance. The health benefits were good back then.

      Cons

      Management was horrible Monica Ash was the worst. You could forget about time off. Pay wasn’t great back then. Start was $10.50 an hour and only .10 cent raises every year. Customers (ATT uverse ). Cursed you out every day and every other call. I remember someone crying in nesting because she couldn’t handle the rude customers and she got all rude callers. A lot of people quit within the first 3-6 months. This was back in 2012 - 2014.
