Pros

None they will make you life living hell. Will hire you for general shift and then make you work in 24*7 rotational shift. No option to give -100 stars. Worst company better to work in local stores than here

Cons

Joined Sutherland and started working on an Airbnb insurance project, but the experience has been a nightmare. I will not recommend it to anyone. The senior manager is a pervert who doesn't respect anyone and treats employees like slaves. If you raise concerns about the toxic work culture, they ask you to leave, and when you resign, they refuse to provide a release letter. The current attrition rate is over 50%, and the average tenure is only around 6 months, which says a lot about the work environment. Even to use the washroom, you need permission. You only get a 30-minute lunch break, with no other breaks allowed. It’s 365 days of work with no holidays, only weekends off, and even no national holidays. The transport team is the worst. They treat male employees as escorts, forcing them to drop female employees 10–20 km away from their homes to save money. There’s no work-from-home or hybrid option, and it’s strictly five days of work from the office. Leaves are credited monthly, and in emergencies, they won’t even provide leave without pay. If a family member dies, you’re required to provide a death certificate to prove it.
