Pros

Remote work is the only pro

Cons

The company does not care about its employees. Only execs, share holders and clients. Bonuses or thank yous are always Uber eats, or gift cards for Amazon or more Uber eats. Nothing helpful or anything that anyone wants, but it's cheap for them and will also seem cheap for you. I worked for almost 12 years and got a pencil for my 10yr anniversary... For real.. I was working remotely at the time so, it couldn't have been a more meaningless gift, but that's the type of Sutherland love you can come to expect on top of being underpaid.. Under paid, under appreciated. It's a hole where holes go to die.

Pros

WFH Thats it, thats all.

Cons

I applied for Credential Specialist (non phone) job. Took an assessment, two interviews and an extensive onboarding just to be let go because of the job being cancelled. What’s suspicious is, they offered a a phone job that paid LESS without needing to interview but the claims job (non phone) which was more closer related to what we got hired for, we had to interview for and only could if it was on our resume. The last option was to wait. The job was initially put on hold. They turned around and canceled without informing the ones who opted to wait. Extremely unprofessional. I posted in a group I am in on Social Media and SEVERAL people came forward and said they were laid off of their assignments without notice or recourse. 2 months of my time, WASTED.

Pros

● Remote workplace ● Great coworkers ● Supportive management

Cons

● Low pay. This depends almost entirely on the vertical. Some verticals use "bonus opportunity" as an excuse for stifling pay, with the bonus requirements being restrictive and often hard to meet. The bonuses are low as well and only bring total wages earned up to "slightly" livable. ● High stress. Most of this, again, depends on the vertical since that influences which customers will be calling. Management tends to be understanding but ultimately this doesn't help much in day-to-day situations. ● Limited opportunity for transfer or career advancement. ● Overall, not worth the time for anyone beyond students or people in need of temporary work. Not great for a long-term career.
