Sutherland Global Services presents the pay structure of every program clearly in the offer letter. There are different commission rates that apply to certain positions. The commission for the MetLife program is tiered, based on sales and quality. Commission can never be guaranteed. Although I cannot speak for the integrity of your supervisor, I can say that all of our management staff goes through extensive training programs to ensure their leadership abilities. It is impossible to employ supervisors whose personalities mesh well with everyone. We can only hope that those who are awarded these roles understand the importance of their position. Our HR department supports an open-door policy, and we encourage all employees to bring their concerns to HR so that we can address and resolve them. Our employees are what make us successful.
