      not all programs the same at Sutherland.

      Subject employees to burnout supervisors all over you controlling, cheap very stressful environment stretch tolerance to max no life// work balance outsource mentality / capitalize on enslaving their employees management and supervisors lie in your face lobby to obtain accounts misuse of government support

      Pros

      Not many pros. They will hire anyone that can pass a drug test and can read and write. Job description and pay always changing even though you work for Sutherland you work on their clients programs which may last 30 days or 8 yrs.

      Cons

      Either way you work your way up only until your program "goes down" and then you take a cut in pay and change in hours. Lower and mid Management is not bad but the senior management cant afford to pay and retain their employees because they hire all their friends for six figure salaries of which very few ever contribute to the bottom line.

      Pros

      I guess it's better than collecting unemployment but one finds it hard to understand how they get by treating their employees so terribly.

      Cons

      Management is a joke, it could be a good place to work if management was fixed. There is a significant defect with the training within this organization. maybe if they were publicly traded things would be different.
