Pros

Nothing. If you take the benefits you will end up owing them money. Extremely expensive and they pay peanuts. Stay away from this company. They don’t know what they are doing or how to value good workers.

Cons

Everything. Like I said the cost of medical, dental and vision are so high that you will come home with a amount of money that a minimum wage part-time job. No one with bills can work here. Maybe a teenager.
