Pros

If you’re working with your partner, spouse/ gf or bf you’ll get facilities like , together week off , place next to each other etc

Cons

If your partners is not with you you won’t be entertained, in SO5 process, there is one female team leader who doesn’t take shower & stinks when passing by. AC’s water coolers are out of service often so you have to work in sweat for 9 hours, HR’s, Managers are team so you wont be heard, no appreciation or place to grow ! Gender biased management who favor only specific gender !

incentives was good that it may guve you bank but the stress will make you frustrated as h

Cons

work life balance sucked like and dont get me started as a CSR lmao they really loved their metrics but 18k base pay but you have to deal wt irrate cust all night
