You can get away with anything. You can miss work for a week and still have a job

Cons

Disorganized, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Empty promises and very low pay for the amount of work that you do. No advancement a position was offered as a floor walker and they had a few inside ppl to apply and interview and they hired outside ppl only to fire them with a few months. If this is your absolute last resort then ok but if you have options please go the other way... RUNNNNN

Work place was very good like several IT companies. And it is good place to work for freshers. The cafeteria is also good and providing good CAB facilities

Cons

The salary is too low. This is not enough for employees from other places (outside from Chennai). Its very difficult to mange the low salary.
