Pros

I don't have anything good to say about this place and I put in my all effort and busted my butt being I was always in the top 10 on the stack rank out of 100 people.

Cons

Decent co-workers although most of them will talk crap about you behind your back just to make themselves look good to management. No one has the moxie to tell you something to your face. Management is a bunch of incompetent people and claim they're there for you but only are there to make sure you do well so they earn money but don't really care about you at all. Management will toy around with you thinking you're getting promoted just to see your numbers increase and make Sutherland more sufficient but won't promote you. The pay is absolutely terrible for the amount of crap the employees deal with.

Pros

Health Benefits and 401k Unfortunately I don't have many pros, if you need a job to have something its fine

Cons

The company initially preaches about internal growth, which can be true for certain programs and you usually can only advance by brown nosing or messing around with higher ups. I received my first check about two weeks late, Nobody knew who I should talk to I just kept being passed around. It's VERY hard to get in contact with HR, and other resources when you would no one had a clue what would be going on. There were always additional task being added to your day with minimal training and no additional pay (I'm not talking minor task). Just as my program managers started pushing everybody the most they sat us down and told us we had two week notice before the program closed some people would be move others wouldn't. My advice to anyone considering working at Sutherland would be if you noticed anything fishy (management whispering, several people leaving, and random meeting with clients) start searching for other work.
