Pros

People are actually nice but some. However the project I work on is great. People are nice, funny and friendly. You can just go to HR room and talk about your concern which is highly appreciate. Good benefits too, give you extra 50RM credit for snacks/drinks at their vending machine.

Cons

1) Too many levels for corporations. If thinking of climbing the levels, I do not think this is a good spot for it but gaining experience is good here. 2) Works does not recognize. I am top performers for months and months, hitting all KPIs, but it does not rewards me anything. Not giving me a higher positions or pay, they pioritize headcounts more than your work. 3) TAs here is very...questioning. If you work here and your team is expanding, do not expect your new collogues to be a fast learner or be useful towards the team. My project got a person been here for 6 months still don't know nothing. Other than that, they can just increase the salary package without the team concerns and getting any kind of people to the team which happen to my project. 4) Lack of acknowledgment. Yes, manager or HR will listen to your concerns and inquiry. However, when things have to be escalate to the higher ups, they would just ignore or not acknowledge the seriousness for the situations. My team everyone is frustrated about the salary issue but we been fighting for almost a year and yet nothing happen as we clearly know the budget is actually enough and our work prove to have this much.
