Pros

work at home - which is nice as you can wear your pjs

Cons

you work for free because there computer systems do not work right, you can't get your 401k for a very long time because they do not report to adp, They lie about bonus's and never honor the pay on them, They had me pay for two months for insurance and dental yet i could never use them as they never send the file to the companies, They have you lie to customers

Pros

Before i used to get atleast 20k on incentives monthly but now..

Cons

After the director got changed from different nationality, everything became in favor of them. Metrics is way above what expert can achieve they think we're immortals. Lol Fcr 64% target before went up to 72%

Pros

It was work at home

Cons

The management all are in Jamaica. They are authoritarian and don't allow you to ever question them in anything. They also will write you up for the first instance of being tardy. They also have terrible clients they work with, including Petco/Vetco. Do not ever take your pets to Vetco. It's not worth the trouble. They also will purposely understaff us so we take calls back to back all day with a team of less than 8 people.
