      Pros

      Nobody micro manages, less work pressure. Promotes talent enhancement for all employees. Supports employee in internal career opportunities.

      Cons

      Same monotonous work. Hardly find anything to learn from your role. If you do not possess additional skills, you might be bored of doing the same job forever.

      Pros

      Nothing is here to share it is better to be a unemployed for 2 to 3 months rather to join in sutherland.

      Cons

      there is zero concern for a employee, if you have a friend or relative in the management you will survive other wise you will not a permanent employee even you have a agreement too.
